▸ +80$ - per extra asset (arms, props, mascots, etc...)

GENERAL
[By purchasing my art services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms]▸ All commissions are created for personal use by the commissioner/content creator unless otherwise agreed.
▸ I reserve the right to reject or cancel commission based on content, subject matter, or other considerations.
PAYMENTS
▸ Payments are all done through VGen's in-platform system. Refer to site's TOS for more information.
▸ Payment can be split into installments from project start through final delivery.
REVISIONS
▸ Revisions and minor adjustments are allowed during work-in-progress (WIP) stages prior to final delivery.
▸ Major or substantial changes requested after the sketch phase will incur additional fees.
▸ If a rigger requires assets to be fixed, changed, or added during the rigging process, the client must notify me within a reasonable timeframe.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▸ Delivery timeline is between 3-6 months depending on complexity and selected options.
▸ Expedited deadlines may be requested prior to project start and are subject to additional fees.
USE
▸ Proper credit for the art must be given tagging any of my social media profiles as @PemaMendez
▸ The artwork may not be used for AI training of any kind.
▸ After final delivery, the client may modify the asset or commission modifications from third parties without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▸ Upon final delivery, all model assets become the property of the client for use in content creation and merchandising.
▸ I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media after the client’s official debut of the model.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
▸ No refunds or chargebacks will be issued once the project has entered the sketch phase.
▸ If the project is canceled midway, up to 50% of the total payment may be refunded, depending on progress.

GENERAL
